I contacted Orchid to see if they could assist having used them in the past. I required some windows with the blinds fitted in the glass panels. Also to work with the builders with a temp fix and then install after. Well have to say the experience was good, well understating it was great. The initial visit to sort out the options and costs was great and not rushed or pressured, agreed timeframe nothing too much trouble was clear of what was required and all went to plan – they gave updates turned up when they said they would. Very careful of your property, protecting floors with covers etc. I appreciate it is what you may come to expect but these guys do it because they want to not because they have to there is a big difference. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend them

Nigel listened to exactly what we had in mind and only after we asked specific questions, then offered help and advice vis his vast experience, both from an aesthetic viewpoint on the outside to function on the inside. The turnaround from consultation to fitting was in our minds pretty quick in comparison with two other neighbours who’d sourced elsewhere, but it got even better. We’re very pleased with the new, triple glazed aluminium windows that Orchid Windows installed for us. Orchid arrived when they said they would, completed the work in the timescales they said and cleaned up after themselves so that everything, including the new windows, was spotless when they left.

Upon cleaning one of the new windows, they identified that it had a minor manufacturing fault (a dirty mark between the panes) and organised its replacement without any quibbles. We were very impressed by their whole approach.
