Having used Orchid Windows a couple of years ago for replacement windows and doors we knew we could rely and trust them; so when it came to choosing a company to supply and fit an orangery/conservatory for us more recently Orchid Windows was our natural choice.
Nigel was very patient and supportive whilst we took time to look at the various options available and ensured we ended up with exactly what we wanted. We are delighted with the end product and would (and do) recommend Orchid Windows to anyone looking to replace windows/doors and to those wanting a conservatory.
The aftersales service has also been impressive with any issues dealt with promptly and effectively.
